Quick update, I was able to input the HS tariff code properly using the iPhone app, just need to make sure you’re app country setting is set to Canada first. Worked like a charm! At least we have a workaround…. Cheers!

Did you call eBay to open a case, the more of us call, the more chance they realized they messed up and fix this. Thanks!

BTW - did you call eBay support (or actually requested them to call you)? Might be good if more people call to raise the issue...

Hi! Have the same exact issue, can't enter the dot or period anymore, used to work fine up to two days ago... Tried on Mac, PC and iPhone... If I copy paste with the dot, they disappear... I called ebay support and they're going to relay this to tech...
