This past winter there have been many times when I have been home and
the delivery person has left the white card. Something to do with the
bad weather maybe?
You're not the only one. I was charged 80 dollars on an item from
Hawaii. She wouldn't ship it USPS. But I really liked it so I bit the
bullet. And it's even worse when you have to pay Canadian tax on top of
