In the customs section. There's an "Additional item information"
section. Right under that is a: +Specify a country of origin Click on
that. Under that is also the Add a Harmonized system code. Where you can
add the HS code.
Maybe that's still in reference to eBay issued coupons? If you scroll to
the bottom of the page it says it was last updated 07.08.2024. So it's
possile that they haven't added the new user created coupons to the
terms yet.
