In the customs section. There's an "Additional item information"
section. Right under that is a: +Specify a country of origin Click on
that. Under that is also the Add a Harmonized system code. Where you can
add the HS code.
Maybe that's still in reference to eBay issued coupons? If you scroll to
the bottom of the page it says it was last updated 07.08.2024. So it's
possile that they haven't added the new user created coupons to the
terms yet.
That makes more sense. Thanks for the info. I can see how that makes it
a grey area then. Since some employees might allow the unpaid difference
and others may not.
I normally use the dedicated stamps for oversized lettermail ($2.09).
With the price hike I decided to ask my local postal worker if 2 P
stamps covered 100g lettermail and she said yes. It's my understanding
that the P stamps use the single stamp val...
