help can't add items to watch list

If i find an item on ebay.ca that i want to add to watch list alll that happens is the ebay log in page just keeps reloading but if i click on my acccount i am already logged in. i have cleared my cache. am running windows 8. help

why can't i log into ebay

I have an ebay.ca account but every time i try to log into my account with my info ebay log in page just keeps coming up.
