China auto part purchase sent to Canada - never made it.

A truck grille from China. Tracking it shows that it arrived at Canada Customs and was send directly back to China. What might this mean?

A seller in China sold me a back up camera in Nov last year. Never arrived. Anything I can do?

Contacted E-Bay but with only 30 days protection it is a joke. It can take 30 days to get a package from China.Seller said they were sending a second one in Jan. Never arrived. Now they are saying they can't refund and offering to do same thing... se...

I live in Canada but usually only list my items on Ebay.com as opposed to Ebay.ca. Don't know .... just seems to work better. Right now I have a new take off motorcycle main seat listed at $400. roughly.I have included the part number in the auction....
