A Paper item I designed has been taken by a seller and just tweeked a bit and they have been selling it since last year as there own work.

I reported the listing # to ebay, but could not leave any information when I did. I have contacted the seller but they will not reply to me, they are also now selling on there own website too. Not sure what to do? Jenn
