why do I only have the option to give positive feedback on my 2 recent trnasactions?

Hi, I recently sold 2 items and when I try to leave feedback I only have the option to leave a positive feedback or report the buyer. Also, I can't seem to find how to reply to a feedback I recently received.Please enlighten me. Regards,Baguette514
