Can we still purchase labels through ebay for non eBay shipments? At one
time I thought we were able to. I need to mail a small parcel to my
granddaughter in Canada and wondering if I can buy it through ebay
labels. It might be cheaper.
I just rec'd pkg back as buyer has moved. Do I cancel the order and let
eBay refund or do just send her a refund myself? I will contact buyer as
she will have to update her eBay address and repurchase. How to do this
