I want to pay for an item that is reported unpaid to my account. I had computer trouble at the time

I had computer trouble at the time payment was due. It was fixed and i went to pay the day after and wasnt allowed to. I have never in the history of shopping on ebay hadnt pay for an item. Please help me to purchase my item i won. thank you
