but only to Erlanger. I will change my buying to only those on EBay that
do not ship this way or buy on a different selling page. Recommend all
to do this.

I agree. This peter Libel is sticking up for an unknown reason. I found
the seller does not have to use this Global shipping. Any buyer should
know they have to pay customs and duty but not an extra amount to a
third party for doing WHAT?
No it doesn't. I have an item that states on the listing "international
shipping and tracking". I can't find where it is and the seller can only
find it has been sent to and delivered to Erlanger Kentucky. The amount
they charged was for what?
