i didnt get an outbid notice and as a result lost an auction, anyone to contact about this?

ive done lots of auctions before, was down to last hour on this auction and never received a notice stating that i was outbid giving me a chance to rebid and lost the bid. cant seem to find an email to send questions or concerns to.
