What I have done when I have these is ask the buyer for their English
address and advise that I'll put both on the package. So far I've always
heard back promptly with the English version and all was well.

@fergua3 this really doesn't do anything to diminish the harshness of
the metrics, they've been ingnoring negative feedback from metrics for a
long time. Anything like defects, late shipping etc are all based
against transaction countss not feedbacks...

of what's most desirable, but the simple answer is "Yes" when possible
keep blocks etc together.
