My Simplii (which is operated by CIBC) account worked, so you could try
that. Takes a bit longer than a normal account to open since there is no
branch to go to but it is working for me.
So after several weeks of waiting (and being quite busy in the mean time
as well), I've opened a Simplii account and was able to successfully add
it to to the account receive managed payments. Still have to wait up to
48 hours for the verification to...
The account name and numbers are correct and identical between eBay and
