My assumption was this was the exact reason why I wasn't seeing a
discount anymore. So I was surprised to come on this thread and find
people claiming that they were still able to get a lower rate.
Are you still seeing a discount? I'm current looking at expedited lite
rates that are the exact same as regular expeditated (around $14 - 30).
I ship from the GTA.
It's in eBay's interest to pretend like it's business as usual (with a
few caveats) so that they can continue collecting revenue from sales.
The burden will fall on sellers who have to deal with buyers who aren't
happy that their item hasn't arrived ...
