an extra couple of lines. Line says "Tax is applicable to shipping and handling" with a checkbox beside it. The line above wants you to put in which state the buyer is in and gives a tax rate.I have never seen this before.Is anyone else seeing this?

The link to request higher limits doesn't work.Is this some sort of glitch? The selling limits I mean. Will everything be okay tomorrow or did I do something wrong?
