What procedure must I follow to send to Chile? Can I just go to the post office and mail direct rather than us Ebay programs? Regards Don

They tell, me I have to update my accounting and address. I have done the address, but I do not know how to update my banking info. I cannot list untill I have provided the banking info. Please, any help..Thanks Don
