And Canada Post increases rates

Made a refund a couple of days ago of a purchase that was made from a buyer who is about 500 km away from me.  It had been 30 days and buyer had not received package.  Was mailed Nov 28 and it arrived today.  33 days.  Now that is service.X-(

Honest buyer informed me and has made payment again.

Pretty lame if you ask me.

We can all relate minor horror stories such as yours but...so what? Unfortunately, stuff happens. You can't really blame anybody because you don't know what happened to this particular item.

The main point is, the item was eventually delivered, as it is 99.9% of the time. The mail service - practically all over the world - is an excellent, reliable service.

Strikes me as a petty and lame complaint. Millions delivered on time and you decide one parcel defines a service looking after an entire country.
