I was wondering how the refund process works.

Ebay made me attach my visa to the account to start a refund, however the money was still on hold in my ebay account.

Ive refunded the buyer after recciving the item, however now I have a charge on my Visa and the funds still on hold in Ebay.

Will I reccive the funds from ebay? Or will the ebay funds be removed to refund the buyer and the charge removed off my visa?

Why do refund the card using the money on Hold, when the buyer is satisfied and it really isn't necessary?

Or did you receive the return and refund without going through eBay? Either is fine, but there is no reason to get complicated with taking money from your left pocket and putting it in your right pocket.
