Ebay seller changed shipping costs after auction ended?

Hey everyone,

I just won an auction where the shipping costs were $2 however I just got an invoice for $14.65 in shipping fees. I don't really want to pay that (since it's the cost of the item itself). What do I do?

From my understanding it's against Ebay rules so can I report them? (I messaged them but no response yet). I'm a bit scared of getting an unpaid strike is there anything that can protect me from that?

@dou_9754 You have 96 hours from purchase before  the automatic cancellation (and UID strike) kicks in.

You can share the number of the listing here. Someone may spot the problem.

Were several shipping services offered?
Are you sure the shipping was $2 to CANADA?

Was this a "variation" listing?
