How to mark as delivered when customer picked it up.

I haven't sold on Ebay for a year or so, therefore, all of my payments are held until item shows

as delivered. I sold an item yesterday and the customer picked it up instead of having it shipped. I marked the item as shipped, but how to I mark as delivered so that I can get my funds send to me? Thanks!

If you have chosen "Local Pickup" as the shipping method then marking it as shipped will automatically be considered "Picked Up". I've only done local pick up a hand full of times but I always have the Local Pick Up as the delivery method and it has worked that way for me. (If I recall it shows the "arrange for pickup" message until you check it off). If you didn't have local pick up set up as shipping and manually just marked it as shipped instead there isn't a way to change shipped to delivered or anyone who shipped without tracking could change it manually!
