I find it funny how what they do can be considered legal. So you charge
a fee then add tax from purchasers country and charge a fee on that then

I dont consider it a AUTHENTICITY Guarantee as much as they want sellers
to grade the card, or get it graded so they make more $$. A way around

Yes fee for processing, not 13.3% fee for tax then charge tax on fee for
tax. I get processing 2.9% not 13.3 then tax that. Any business would
drop credit cards as they cant afford to cover that and stay open.
