Cant report offensive language; procedure doesn't match pages

Guide ... "account", "account security" ok but "continue" or "email" aren't options.

If the user is just using the would about the item like my example (please note that the swear word will be replaced with "bleep."):

My item wont work it is just **bleep**. I want my money back...or something like that..then I wouldn't take the time to report them. If they are swearing at you and calling you swear words, you should call eBay and tell them.
