Seller committing fraud

If a seller takes your money and never sends you what you paid for, isn't that FRAUD!??  How can eBay allow this to happen???

Seller committing fraud

You are looking at a $15.99 item purchased from China in December from a seller with over 20,000 feedback (that would suggests he does ship most items) although there are lots of neutral and negative feedback.

Did you file a claim with eBay/PayPal within 45 days of payment?

If not, file a chargeback with your credit card issuer (Visa or MasterCard) immediately if you paid through PayPal using your credit card.  There is no point in waiting any longer.

Is it fraud?  Most likely not.  Just a parcel that got lost on its way from China.

They don't.

There is a system in place for reporting items Not Received or unsatisfactory.  At the bottom of this page under Resolution Centre.

There is a 45 day deadline on this service.

In addition, unhappy buyers can leave feedback and Detailed Seller Ratings for 60 days after purchase and Responses to earlier feedback indefinitely.

If you back your PP account with a credit card, you can also go to the card for a chargeback. Most cards allow 90 days for this, but some will go as far as 120 days.
