Seller would not provide an invoice after several requests and has now opened a case for non payment

I purchased 2 items from a seller and asked for an invoice several times but got no invoice or any response to e-mails.

 

For whatever reason, she sent the items without me paying and has now opened up a case for non payment.

 

I tried several times before and after the case opened but still have not got a response from the seller.

There should be a text box in the Dispute that allows you to say you have not yet received an invoice.

But look at the listings again.

There should be a  PAY NOW button. Pay whatever it says, even if the seller has not included shipping.

 

Or were you waiting for a combined shipping discount?

Sellers are not obliged to offer those. And if she shipped through the GSP, she actually can't combine shipping.
