My friend in Toronto has purchased something from very reliable seller in BC on June 26.
The seller marked "shipped" on June 27.
Until today the item has not been received... 11 days passed which is sufficient time for such a delivery (item probably qualified for "oversized letter")
Considering CP's declaration of drastically reduced mail submitted to them, I would like to know your opinions for such a delay...
