This may have been discussed here before and I missed it, but why does eBay only use U.S. sales in its compilation of the required numbers for its Top-Rated Sellers program ?
Has eBay ever given a reason for this policy ?
I have no problem maintaining the required yearly dollar volume, but since less than 50% of my sales are to the U.S., I lose innumerable "sales ticks" to this requirement.
Surely Canadian sales experience with buyers in Canada is just as relevant as the U.S. buyers.
Any thoughts appreciated.
