Hi, I previously had my eBay store at the medium sized store allowing for 500 listings. When this was the case I was able to use the listing designer themes at no cost per item and would use them in the item descriptions. Ever since switching my store back to the basic level I'm now being charged $.30/ listing to use this feature. Is the cost associated with the type of store that I have or is it based upon something else entirely?
