i think i got scammed, what do i do?

Why do you think you got scammed?  No one can assist you here without letting us know the nature of the problem.

You should call eBay and report the scam or your concern.

Are you the buyer?

Did the item not arrive in a timely manner?

Was  the item you received not what you ordered?

Are you the seller?

Did the buyer not pay?

Did the buyer return something that you did not send?

i bought two items from two diff people that was worth about 100$ i havent receive either item , and when i went to email the sellers both says they are not registered on ebay

You need to file two claims individually, one for each transaction.

You can contact the sellers by email using the email address you used to pay them through PayPal.  The information will be on your PayPal account "details" page for each transaction.

In your dispute, say that the sellers are Not A Registered User. This will speed up your refunds.
