Why do some of the items I've purchased not have a feedback option anymore?

I have a couple of items that have arrived from the other side of the world so naturally it took a little longer.  These items still appear on my purchase history but there isn't an option to leave feedback.  Is there a reason for this?

You can only leave feedback for up to 2 months. Only other option is to leave follow up comments to the seller's feedback they left for you.
