Mobile internet hubs/sticks and Ebay site issues?

Anyone using mobile internet hubs or sticks (Bell, Rodgers, etc) for their computers and having problems navigating around the Ebay sites? Curious to see if this situation is causing issues. see this topic for symptoms:

I also have the Bell Hub and am experiencing many issues with site.  I can sometimes get in my messages but they don't send.  I cannot contact buyer under Actions.  I have had my hub looked at in the Bell Store and it is working perfectly.  I had him go into ebay and he was having the same problems there, very slow or non-exsistent.  I keep getting "This page cannot be displayer. This is the only site I am having problems with.  I now am getting error message 504.  I have also installed CCleaner as has been suggested but that didn't help either.  I have called support twice.  Don't know what else to do.
