With this ridiculous difficult to use new listing form, WHERE is the
ability to change format from GTC to Auction and vice versa Auction to
GTC? The old listing form was so easy, everything quick and easy to
find, but no where on this new listing for...

Despite the fact I have NEVER, EVER used Calculated shipping, I DID
Indeed receive the email with the heading "We’re updating the default
calculated shipping rates on your listings"
I sell low value items and never concern myself with the HS codes and I
suspect by the time these codes actually do become mandatory across the
board across ALL selling sites for ALL shipments I'll be long gone from
shipping ANYTHING outside of Canad...
