I disagree. The post is not even a year old, and the OP never confirmed
what happened to his order. Maybe the person reopening the thread is in
a similar conundrum.
If you haven't sold anything "for years", like you said, eBay will have
you as a newbie seller, and it takes time (and succesfully completed
sales) to build reputation, and get access to faster payments. Their
playground, their rules. That's life.
They hinted that some flexibility would be allowed for the seller to
specify which listings would be going through eIS and which would not.
But, as the program is still in its early stages, it's hard to say how
