Why do ebay USA users have such a problem filling out a customs form.99
% of the time this is the complaint when asked why they don't ship to
Canada.Is it really that hard????
Is there a way to filter my search options to locate items that are only
available to Canadian sellers on ebay.ca? Example: buyer ships to Canada
