How do I get my surname changed on my profile?

Nope - name is greyed out.

As per EBAY - you can only change: including your username, email address, password, secret question, phone number, profile, and PIN, from the Personal Information section of My eBay.

Hi @happylife_2689 - can you get me a screenshot of what you're encountering? I don't have any such restriction stated in any of my resources, so I'm concerned you may have been given incorrect information. I also just checked from my personal account and am able to make edits within both the First and Last name fields of the Personal Information section. Any further insight into what you're encountering will be helpful!
