I just want to inquire as to why eBay is the absolute worst, when it comes to honoring deals? Two weeks ago, they had an offer where they invited sellers to receive the amount of whatever they sold, as a credit within two weeks of the offers end date

However, it seems that not only do they not provide the credit as promised, but when you call support for aid they have no idea of what the iffer is! The reps cannot even see the offers on your account and they will do absolutely anything to get you off the phone line. I am reading comments on Redflagdeals and noticed many other users are experiencing the same issue. How is this even possible? This is terrible service. I really have no confidence in eBay anymore.
