negative feedback to seller i want to remove

i accidentlly gave a seller negative feedback and i want to remove it but it will not let me. does anyone know how to properly remove the negative feedback so i can leave some positive feedback?

Meanwhile, any member can add a Response to Feedback that he has left or received.

Just scroll down to Reply to Feedback and add your Response.

"Paid 15/5/18, Recd 1/6/18. PERFECT" would be a possibility.

The most effect Responses are calm and factual.
