You bought a Thing. EBay sells advertising space. Your seller is not eBay. The seller can be contacted through the listing (on the top right, Contact Seller.)
You paid through Paypal.
In what way did it not go through?
- Have you asked the seller to check the email address attached to his PP account?
- Is the seller Not A Registered User? This means eBay shut him down, usually for fraud, and so did Paypal.
- Does the seller ship to Canada?
- Is the seller new? His customer payments are being Held as a Buyer Protection. This does not mean he is dishonest, just that he may be learning and make mistakes.
