A buyer said that he mistakenly left me (the seller) a 'Late Shipment' on his transaction with me. How can this be changed??
The Buyer can call Customer Support and ask to have the FB removed.
I don't think it can be changed, just removed.
The Seller can add a Response to the FB. The most effective Responses are calm and factual. eg "Paid Sept30 Shipped Oct 1 Recd Oct 5"
