Final Value fees

I put up a listing with auction and a BIN.

now if it sells on the auction , will my FVFees be from the auction or from the higher listed BIN.  That was listed..?

And you did use a Buy It Now option not a Reserve, I hope?

Not only do Reserves discourage buyers, but if the auction does not meet the Reserve (or gets no bids whatsoever) you will still pay fees on the amount of the Reserve.

IE- The highest bid is $100, the Reserve is $200, the item is Unsold and you pay fees on the $200.

The Buy It Now usually disappears with the first bid. Some bidders will bid low and early to make it disappear.

Since you know how much you want for the item, you could also have listed it as Fixed Price for 30 days or until someone buys it.  Fixed Price also allows you to add Immediate Payment Required if you are worried about deadbeats. The item remains available until paid for. Fixed Price also allows you to add Best Offer and put parameters on how much you will accept (high/low) which is a sort of auction, I guess.
