UNABLE TO ADD INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTION

Hello, I used sell similar for my listing which offers shipping to the U.S but when I listed it, it only shows Canada.  I checked my shipping preferences and everything looks correct.  All my other listings are correct.  I cant find the option to add international shipping to this listing.  Do I have to recreate it?

If you can't figure it out you might want to post a screenshot of the shipping area so that we can see how it is set up.  There are a couple of different sell your item forms so it is difficult to know what you are seeing.
