feedback multiple items

For the last 3 weeks or so we have not been able to leave feedback for customers that have purchased multiple items. We can only leave feedback for those that have purchased single items. When we try to leave feedback for multiple items we get a msg from Ebay that "they have run into a problem and try again".I callled customer support and 10 days ago and said its their glitch and it will be fixed within 24 hrs.

Well we are now heading into week 4. Has anyone else experienced this? and is there a work a round I can try. Very frustrating.

Can you leave feedback for even just one of the multiple order?

FWIW only one will count on your customer's FB score.
