Hoping can please get advice how I print return shipping label if want sent to my family in the USA instead of having it shipped back to me in Canada.

It would be best to Keep It Simple (KISS) for the customer.

Have your family send the pdf Return Shipping Label from USPS and pay them for it.

Give them the dimensions and weight of the parcel and tell them which tracked service you want to use.

You should be able to create a label using either Shippo or Pirateship.  You could also have your family buy a label online with stamps.com or maybe through USPS, then email you the pdf which you can send on to the buyer.
