how do I block certain countries from bidding on my items

I saw a sellers list "Blocking" countries from bidding on his/her items I want to do that. 

How  do I do it I cannot find any reference to it on eBay

It's on the Sell  Your Item form near the bottom below shipping.

You can specify a few (first world) countries you will ship to, and then add countries, even whole continents, that you won't.

You can also do this from your listings if you click on Revise at the top left.

If no one has given you instructions by the time I return tomorrow, I will go into detail, but right now I'm tired.

I'v looked for the Blockbider page I cannot find it I,m 75 yrs old & 1/2 my brain has left me

On the Advanced/Business Sell Your Item form->

Go to-> Shipping Details-> International Shipping

Scroll down

Go to-> Exclude Shipping Locations

Go to->Edit List

If you are still using the stupid Simplified Sell Your Item form, go to the top right corner and look for a link that allows you to change to the easier and more specific Business/Advanced form.

You don't have to be a business.
