Hi @tkx98 - Error 99 is usually tied directly to the payment method that was selected. I'd double check your details (making sure address is correct, CVV code is right, billing address, etc).

I've made other purchases on eBay with my credit card and the payment worked fine so this not my doing and this one is on the eBay app because I have the same problem trying use eBay website also.

What are you using when buying?  The eBay app or a browser?
