The picture issue is malware on your computer. Use your anti-virus program to clean it .

You can only leave feedback for 60 days after a purchase. Sellers can only leave positive or no feedback. Buyers can also leave negative feedback, but can have that FB removed if they use vulgarity, slander, or mention Disputes or Claims.

Neither buyer nor seller can leave feedback after a dispute is settled.

New listings can take up to 24 hours to 'index' and appear on the site.

You should be able to review your listings as you go, particularly right after you complete the listing.

Click on the title to see how it will appear, eventually.

The important things to review are your Shipping and Handling (use zipcode 90210 to check that your S&H to the USA does actually appear. This is a common error.) spelling and grammar, and your title, which is your main selling tool.

You do know that as a new seller your payments will be subject to a 21 Day Hold by Paypal? You still have to ship within 7 days of cleared payment. However, you can use the Held funds to buy your PP shipping label and as a small bonus, prices for shipping labels can be 5%-18%  lower than PO counter prices.

This is not personal. It is one way to protect buyers against fly-by-night sellers.

This is mail order. Nothing is fast.
