I cannot see the individual item pictures and I think it is my cookie setting.Where do I reset??

I think my site is not receiving cookies, to allow me to view the individual items and I am at a loss, as to where to set this feature...I can see no item pics. on the site..Heeeeeeeelp!!!!!
