Unhelpful Ebay Customer Service

As a new seller on Ebay, I sold my 1st item yesterday and my second today. I could only see the postal code and didn't know how to access the friendly information page for shipping details. 3 phone calls to Ebay and I found this on my own. Yes, 3 separate Ebay employees sat on the phone not knowing how to help me get the customer's shipping address.

DID THE CUSTOMER PAY YOU?

 When the customer pays, you get a notice from Paypal with the entire address and a link that will allow you to print a shipping label.

Some of those shipping services will give you a discount on postage costs.

The postal code on eBay is not meant to be any sort of address. It may have something to do with tracing what part of the world buyers are from, or any number of useful data points.
