A dispute Question

Hi Gang, A quick question. I have a buyer in Germany who has opened an item not arrived dispute on me, not a concern, it is insured and I am happy to refund and have him repay when it arrives.

My question is, when I go to reply to the dispute it takes me to Ebay.de and I can't read German, to know where to reply, respond etc.

Does anyone know where I can click to see it in English or what button I push to respond and refund the buyer?

I don't think there is any way to view it on eBay in another language.  I would suggest using an online translation service like Babelfish both to translate the buyer's message and to send one to him in German.

I always include a disclaimer (in both languages) saying that an online translation service is being used and may not be accurate.
