A power cord i bought isn't working and the seller won't reply to my messages about it. I am very unsatisfied and would like to report them.

I have bought a power cord on eBay and only after a couple weeks it stopped working. I have contacted the seller about it and got it repaired but the same thing happened again after a few days. Now the seller won't reply to my messages about it and I would like to get a refund of both the power cord and the shipping with was of 15$. I am very frustrated with this and unhappy with the service they are pretending to give. They shouldn't be allowed to sell any of those power cords anymore as they aren't able to repair them properly nor to reply to there customers either.

Unfortunatly the shipping to return it for a refund will probably make returning the item for a refund impractical.
