Antigua and Barbuda $100 Gold/Silver Banknotes from '80

Can somebody tell me if that banknotes is legal tenders ? If yes, why on Ebay I can buy them for only approx. $20 for one bill ? Or , maybe it is not a legal tender of Antiqua ?

1 Eastern Caribbean dollar is about 37 cents US.

It is also  quite possible that those gimmick notes have been demonitised since they were issued.
